Sean Sullivan - Owner Smooth Mortgage Company, LLC Bio
Sean Sullivan is the Owner, Founder, and President of Smooth Mortgage Company LLC and Come To You Accounting and Tax Prep LLC. With a background in accounting, finance, and entrepreneurship, Sean brings a uniquely comprehensive approach to residential lending and financial strategy.
He has worked in the mortgage industry since 2003, guiding clients through purchases, refinances, and investment transactions across multiple market cycles. In 2017, he expanded his practice to include accounting and tax preparation services, allowing him to support clients beyond the loan process with year-round financial insight.
Sean’s work is grounded in clarity, discipline, and long-term thinking—helping clients make informed decisions that align financing, taxes, and wealth-building goals
Anyone who has an interest in real estate investing is invited to attend our General Meeting. Each month a different speaker will share information on topics relating to the many aspects of investing in real estate and being a landlord. Our General Meetings provide a great opportunity to network with experienced real estate investors from all over the Chicago land area. We also have an extensive real estate library for our members to use. The General Meeting is held on the 2nd Monday of each month.
