Lenor Sherman has been in the Real Estate field for over 19 years. She is a managing broker with a thriving brokerage and property management company. She worked for the City of Chicago as an Asset Manager with the Chicago Housing Authority for 10 years where she learned construction, financing and budgets.
Lenor managed and oversaw the construction of the 1st Mixed Income Development in the country here in Chicago and managed the redevelopment of over 5000 units for the city.
Today, Lenor is a broker that sells homes and does custom renovation projects for herself as an investor and her clients. She also serves as project manager for most of her out of state clients. She teaches classes on fix and flips and is a Real Estate investment mogul while holding several HUD certifications and licenses in her field.
Lenor knows Chicago, she is passionate and thrives on rebuilding the City that she loves so much. One meeting with her and you will see why people call her the Oprah of Real Estate, your Real Estate investment mogul. See you there!

Whether you own 200 units or have no real estate experience, anyone who has an interest in real estate investing is invited to attend our General Meeting. Each month a different speaker will share information on topics relating to the many aspects of investing in real estate and being a landlord. Our General Meetings provide a great opportunity to network with experienced real estate investors from all over the Chicago land area. We also have an extensive real estate library for our members to use. The General Meeting is held on the 2nd Monday of each month.
